Lead the engineering team, and stay in the code most of the week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own live products: shipping, operations and reliability for the customers on them.
- Set engineering direction and structure the team around clear product ownership.
- Review code, make the hard calls, and keep our AI work honest.
- Spend most of the week building.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR- Six or more years in industry.
- Hands on in production: you own live products, ship, review code and answer for reliability.
- You set engineering direction and give every product area a clear owner.
- Rigorous, and able to turn theory into working software.
- Opinionated in technical debate, and willing to challenge decisions.
- Current on AI and model work. This is not a management-only role.

Build across the whole product, from the data behind the record to the screens farmers and processors use.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Take features from data model to interface to production, and run them once they are live.
- Work across the stack as the product needs, not within one layer.
- Build with language models where they earn their place, and measure whether they do.
- Review code and learn from the reviews you get.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR- Three or more years building and running software in production.
- You ship end to end and own the result.
- Have built with language models, not only called an API.
- On site in Madrid.

Reconcile field data from machines, documents and people into one verified record.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Build and run the services that turn raw field data into one record per field.
- Own what you ship: the pipeline, its tests and its behaviour in production.
- Make results reproducible and every value traceable to its source.
- Work with the team on the data model as the product grows.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR- Three or more years building backend systems in production.
- Strong Python.
- You care about correctness: tests first, and a wrong number bothers you.
- On site in Madrid.

One consistent experience across the cab, the office and enterprise systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own the design system: one language across every product we ship.
- Make sure what we build is usable where it is used, by farmers in a cab and analysts at a desk.
- Go to farms and watch people use the product, then bring what you saw back.
- Work with engineers from the first sketch to the shipped screen.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR- Three or more years designing products that shipped.
- You have built and kept a design system, not only used one.
- You do your own research in the field and change your mind when it tells you to.
- On site in Madrid.

Work with our farms in Germany and bring what you learn there into the product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Be the person our farmers work with, from onboarding onwards.
- Watch how they actually use the product, on the farm and in the data.
- Turn what you hear and see into tickets and priorities the team can act on.
- Travel to farms regularly; the rest is remote.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR- An agronomy degree or equivalent training, with exposure to dairy.
- You have worked on a farm and know the season from the inside.
- Fluent German and working English.
- Based in Germany, and happy on the road.
