Before: compliance and reporting typed up by hand, late and with errors. After: the record builds itself during the day. A quarter less office time, about 5,200 euros a year.
Your records, built without the paperwork
Tunen runs inside the tools you already use. Check in, work the day, check out. The record writes itself.

A farm loses around eight hours a week to paperwork, and the records still end up incomplete. These three take the typing out rather than move it somewhere else: press check-in in the morning, work the day, press check-out at night.

Activity Recognition
Check in, work, check outIn between those two taps nobody touches the phone. Position, movement and what the farm has done before are enough to name the operation, time-stamp it and put it on the right field — so nothing gets forgotten at the end of a long day.
Analysing activity, then: tilling. 15.61 ha, recognised from the pass itself. -
Copilot
Talk to your farm dataLog a job you have already done, correct a field record, or ask what happened on a plot. A voice note, a message or a photo all count as input, and jobs for the team can go out the same way.
A photo and one sentence become a tillage activity on Feldhof. -
Stock and inputs
Counted as the work happensProducts, units and stock per depot move with the activities rather than with a stocktake in December, so what is left in the shed is what the system says is left in the shed.
Every product with its unit, components and stock per depot.
From customer farms
What changed on customer farms after they switched to Tunen. Six examples, measured before and after.
Before: eleven handwritten timesheets a week, collected, checked and corrected in the back office. After: every hour lands on an activity by itself.
Before: the manager spent the day on the phone finding out where people were. After: the map shows it. A third fewer calls, and field visits planned ahead.
Before: costs spread by average, because nobody had every field entry. After: each entry recorded. Per-field costs had been off by up to 14 percent.
Before: a 36-hectare plot with rising rent, and no idea what the road to it cost. After: road time measured at 8 percent of the plot’s cost, a different rotation, and a lease that still pays.
Before: plans checked by hand, and one in eight past records still held an error that risked a fine. After: the Copilot checks the plan before the sprayer goes out.

App supportFrequently asked questions
- Does it work with my machines?
- It runs on the phone, not on the machine. Mixed fleets and older tractors are the normal case here, not the exception.
- Do I have to change how I work?
- Check in, work the day, check out. Everything in between is the work you were doing anyway.
- Who sees my data?
- The record belongs to the farm. It moves to a buyer or an adviser only on your instruction, per field and per season.
- Where is it stored?
- Storage and processing stay in EU regions, and nothing is used to train models without written consent.
